Sometimes we rush around here and there and we have no time to think.
Even our days off can be scheduled.
Sometimes we just need to take a coffee and relax.
Sometimes we need to get away from the phone, Instagram and Tik Tok, the computer or tv and video games.
And get away from all the noise of life and just sit outside and relax.
Look into the sky and marvel.
We are so busy running around or being entertained that we don’t take time to be quiet.
Just to be silent in this wonderful creation.
Take some time out for yourself to be quiet.
