Over the year the house can get dirty, people running in and out all the time, kids playing and animals jumping up and down.

People touching light switches and opening and closing drawers.

Its no wonder things get dirty.

Its time for a spring clean, Its time to move the bed and see what has fallen behind over the year.

Move all the furniture to clean behind.

Its time to clean the cupboards because we put things in and out all the time and the shelves get dirty and dusty.

Even the handles on the doors get dirty and need cleaning.

Its a big job.

But when you have finished the house it smells nice and clean and fresh.

Sometimes its also good to have a spring clean in our life too.

Do a check up and see where we are getting dirty.

Throw out a few bits and pieces that don't help us but hinder.

Perhaps there are people in our life who always criticize and bring us down, they don't believe in you and what you can achieve.

Do we really need negative, critical people in our life?

Perhaps this is an area that needs tidying up a little.

Maybe we are watching stuff on the internet that seems to get us into trouble or temptation.

Is it helping you or hindering you? Is it making you a better person or a worse person ?

Is it something that your Mother would be proud about.

Its time to throw things out and have a really good spring clean.

Do you always have a negative attitude, if there is anything bad that is going to happen then it is going to happen to me?

Then we need to throw out our old attitude and be more positive about ourselves and also other people.

Maybe we need to be kinder to others and throw out that critical attitude.

A spring clean is a good thing.

Get rid of the rubbish and clean up the good.
