How much time do you spend on social media?

Facebook and twitter? And any other social media sites.

They are fun to check over but how much time do you actually spend on them.

If you really thought about it you could be shocked.

Just a 2 minute look in the news feed could last for 20 minutes, suddenly time has flown by.

We live in days where time flies by really quickly.

When did you leave school?

Does it seam like 5 minutes ago?

Time has went by so quickly.

I like to go onto Youtube and watch TV shows from my youth.

But then I realise they were in the late 80's and 90's, something that was first broadcast in 1990 is now actually 30 years old and I think WOW !

Time has flown by so quickly.

So we shouldn't waste our time in stupid things, we should use our time wisely.

It is good to go on the likes of Facebook and twitter, its good to keep up with what is going on in the world But don't let it steal all of your time.

There are many things that we could do today that would be productive, take 5 minutes to visit a neighbour, check and see if they are OK.

Just a little visit could brighten their whole day especially if they are elderly and on their own.

We can use our time to study something perhaps learn a new language, It's something productive and helps in our life.

Don't waste your time, we only have a set number of years to your life, one minute you are a youth the next minute you are elderly, time flies by so

fast.

So don't waste your time.
