Looking after the needy

The farmer has a very important job in life.

He takes care of all the needs on his farm.

He plants crops and makes sure they are healthy,

If his crop gets attacked, then he sprays it will chemicals to protect the fruit.

If a cow or sheep goes lame, then he will bring it in and look at it to see if there is a problem.

Perhaps a stone has got into the hoof and needs dug out.

He cares for his property because he knows that it is valuable.

In the same way God cares for us.

He sees each and every one of us as valuable.

The bible tells us that God knew us even before we were born.

God knew that you would be.

He loves us and cares for us just like the farmer with his animals and crops.

The farmer knows the value and God does too.

The bible tells us that God is the good shepherd and we are his sheep.
