The bible tells us that Children are a gift from God.
God gives us children to love and care for.
When we have a child we begin to understand the father heart of God.
Because our children will need to be disciplined and it is very hard to discipline the one we love.
We will celebrate in their successes,
and we will cry with their failures.
Our children at times will let us down,
we will see them get involved in things that we think are wrong .
But as a loving parent it is our job to train them on the right path.
All this is very hard work.
But as we begin to bring up a child we will begin to understand what the father heart of God is like.
Because we are rebellious, we make wrong decisions .
We let God down many times .
When we know how we feel when our children let us down then we will begin to understand how God feels when we let him down.
Today we are his children.
God loves us and cares for us.
Lets be children that God can be proud of.
