Christmas is a magical time of the year.

It's a time for family and friends to come together.

It's a time when the scouts march in the street on Christmas eve and the lights are shining bright too.

As we celebrate Christmas, think about those lights that are shining bright.

And ask yourself this question, Are you shining bright?

If people look at your life, do they see a reflection of the little baby boy that was born in Bethlehem.

If you call yourself a Christian, do you follow the teachings of Jesus and lead as an example for those around you.

Do you know why Jesus came to earth as a little baby boy.

The bible gives us the answer but do we bother to read it?

As you read the bible and make it a priority in your life you will begin to love the little baby boy that was born in Bethlehem 2000 years ago.

You will understand his mission and purpose, You will also begin to understand that you also have a mission and purpose in life too.

God wants you to share with others why Jesus was born in Bethlehem.

But how can you answer that if you don't know?

That is why it is so important to get into God's word.

The best Christmas present that you could give God is your time.

Allow the coming new year to be a devotion of your time, reading his word and praying.

Have a Blessed Christmas knowing God and his Son Jesus Christ.
