it's a miserable place to be
A Christian living in sin is in a miserable place because they have been caught up by the temptations of the world and they know it.
When someone is not a Christian, they don't know any better but when a Christain sins they know what they are doing and they know they are disappointing God.
The sad thing is that when someone lives in sin they are opening a door for the devil.
And the devil doesn't play nice.
When you live in sin you are literally inviting the devil in to mess around.
The devil can then begin to instil fear into your life, or perhaps he can plant sickness into your life.
He can cause your relationships to be destroyed or cause confusion between good friendships.
When the devil gets into your life, he will cause a mess.
In some cases, he can bring death.
Don't fix your eyes on the desires of the world but Fix your eyes on God.
The thief which is the devil comes to steal kill and destroy.
Don't invite him into your life.
