Have you ever had a guest come to stay at your house?
Maybe for a few days, or a week.
Before they arrive, you have to get everything ready.
Clean the house, make the bed and go and buy food.
There is a lot of preparation when you know someone is going to stay.
You want everything to be just right.
The bible tells us that one day Jesus is coming back.
But we don’t know the day or the hour.
But the question is, are you ready?
Are you ready for Jesus return?
You wouldn’t want to be found lazy or you wouldn’t want to be found in a lifestyle that he wouldn’t approve of.
Living in Sin.
You would want to be at your best because the king of kings is coming.
