The Pastor is the one who is responsible for the spiritual well being of the people in the church.
He has a great responsibility.
Like a shepherd looks after his sheep so the pastor looks after the congregation.
When he sees a member of the congregation going the wrong way
he will gently bring him to one side and advise him that he is in danger.
The pastor isn't trying to be bossy or big, but he sees the danger and wants to warn the one he loves and cares for.
We should respect our spiritual leaders.
The devil hates spiritual leaders so he will bring problems upon them.
It is our job to pray for our pastor.
Asking God that he would look after him and care for him.
Its also our job to to encourage him.
Our Pastor can sometimes feel down, find life difficult.
So we should be there to hold him up in the same way that he holds us up.
