In every house you will probably find a spider's web.
They are there in dark corners of an old room.
In the middle is a spider waiting for a fly to get caught in its web.
The fly cannot see the web and gets stuck and so the fly is caught and ends up being a spider's lunch.
The fly tries and tries to get out but he can't.
Today there is a danger for you and me that we can get caught in.
It's a web that catches the mind and we wriggle and try to get free but we can't.
Its Pornography!
We get into it once or twice; we maybe even feel a little guilty knowing it is wrong to lust after the photos but after a while our conscience doesn't tell you that it is wrong anymore.
So, you keep on looking and eventually you can't stop.
Your addicted and you can't get out of the web.
You know it is wrong deep down but addiction keeps drawing you back in.
But Jesus can set you free.
The bible tells us to be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
It will take discipline and self-control But you can be free of addiction to Pornography.
If you are addicted today, then Pray.
I don't mean a one-off prayer, Give you whole year to praying about it, Asking God to get you free.
Asking God to give you the heart and desire to be free.
And begin steps to put in self-control in your life.
Controls on your internet.
God wants you free and you can be free.
