Life has its ups and downs,
one minute you can be high on the mountain enjoying life,
the next you can be in the valley feeling low.
In life we will experience many different emotions.
There will be real times of great joy, perhaps passing an exam or getting the job that you dreamed of .
We should celebrate these times and thank God for them.
There will also be times of Sadness and pain, Perhaps a loved one who you cared for dearly passes away, or an illness comes.
But even in the sad times we should thank God,
If we can only thank God in the good times and never the sad times then what does it say about our faith.
The sad times and hard times are there to help us to draw closer to God.
God wants us to come close to him, not just in the happy times but in the sadness too .
Life will have its ups and downs But God remains the same.
You can trust him to be there .
However you feel today , Put your trust in God ,
he won't let you down .
