Depression is a very difficult thing to face in a persons life.
It can grab a hold of you and affect your whole mood, it is something that we should all be aware of.
Today someone close to you cold be suffering from depression.
On the outside they may be all joking and smiles but on the inside their heart is breaking and they are struggling to cope with life.
If that is you today then you need to talk to someone.
Don't hold all the pain and heartache in, you need to talk and let the struggle out.
There are people who would be very happy to help you through your difficult time. You just need to let them know that you are struggling.

They will do it in privacy and sensitivity, don't carry your burden alone.
Men feel like they need to be strong and mighty men, They can't show their emotions or people will think they are weak, well it is not true.
Showing your emotions shows strength of character. Everyone has struggles and difficulties in their life, everyone needs a helping hand.
Whether we talk with a good friend who won't gossip after 5 minutes of hearing your troubles or a trained counsellor who will give you advice and point you in the right direction, talking is the most important thing.
It helps to release you from bondage.

It is the most important thing, Let someone know how you honestly feel, as you are honest with them then they can give you the help and counsel you need to get through the crisis in your life.
Depression is destructive but talking is constructive, Don't let depression win.
