Eat Healthy

You are what you eat.

When we were young, we could get away with eating bad foods but when you get older it starts to show.

That thin tummy gets bigger and bigger, with age it starts sticking out.

So, we need to be careful what we eat.

We cannot keep eating junk food every day.

We have to be careful how much dairy products we eat because they are full of fat and cholesterol.

Cholesterol can put fat into the blood stream and eventually clog up and cause a blockage.

We have to be careful how much sweet food we eat too.

Sweets and chocolate, We all love them, but really sugar is not our friend.

It produces calories which increases the weight and it can eventually lead to diabetes if you are eating too much sugar.

Everything today has sugar in it. It is in so much stuff we would never realize.

Even products we would associate with being healthy can have a high amounts of sugar in.

We also need to be careful of how much processed food we eat.

Processed food can contain a lot of Salt and sugar.

If we want to fight that belly getting bigger and bigger, then we have to be disciplined with our food.

Exercise is the best way of burning those excess calories.

Do you drive to work?

Then try walking if it is possible.

Do you go to an office in a lift ?

Then try walking up the stairs instead.

These are all little ways of putting exercise into our daily routine.

Make a change and see the results.
