Who has it?

The other day I walked past the American embassy, and there were many American flags flying.
So I decided to take a picture.
As soon as I had taken my picture someone shouted, I ignored it and walked away. But a security guard further up the road shouted at me.
So I crossed the road to speak to him.
He asked me "what did you photograph?"
I said the flags, he then asked me to delete it.
But did he have the authority to ask me?
If I said no could he arrest me ?
I told him it was a public place and no I won't delete it.
Then I walked away.
Nothing happened, no flashing lights and sirens, no police jumping out to arrest me.
Nothing
He asked me as a security guard to delete it but he didn't have the authority to enforce it.
When jesus taught he spoke like one with authority
He cast out demons because he had authority.
Sickness had to leave because Jesus had authority over sickness.
Jesus was almighty God and today he has authority.
