Today God isn't looking for superstars he is just looking for a servant's heart.
A heart that is faithful.
I think  that faithfulness is one of the most important qualities in Christian ministry.
Can you be relied upon?
If you are given a job to do,  do you do it fully and with all your heart ? Or do you moan and complain?
God sees and God knows.
He is not going to promote you into bigger things if you're not faithful with what you have.
If you're just dreaming of being the big superstar but don't have your head on the ground where the needs are, then you will be sadly disappointed.
Be faithful in those small things on the ground and then God will promote you to bigger things.
Faithfulness and proving yourself is so important.
God sees what you do and he can lift you up at the right time.
Focus on him and his work.
