Sitting in the sun

It's nice to spend a day just sitting in the sun.
Allowing the sun's rays to hit your skin as you relax and do nothing.
We all need to take a break at times.
But the sun has a hidden danger.
The sun emits UV rays, they can cause cancer.
So it is important to protect your body.
You can't see those rays but they are there.
It is the same in the spiritual world.
There is a spiritual world out there that we cannot see.
Good versus evil
God versus the devil.
There are angels and demons.
And we need to be aware if we are believers that we are in a spiritual battle.
Once you become a  believer In Jesus you have an enemy.
He is the devil.
He will work against you so you need to put on the full armour of God which is mentioned in ephesians 6.
You would protect yourself against the sun's UV rays, you also need to protect yourself from the devil's schemes.
