Whatever makes you laugh is important.
The bible says a cheerful heart is good medicine.
That is why I try to watch 2 comedy shows every day
It is important to laugh and be cheerful, even when life isn't treating you very well.
Stand with friends who make you laugh and have good fun too.
It's important for good mental health.
