Are there people around you that you trust?

Are they wise and you respect their knowledge?

Do they make wise decisions in their own life?

Do they love God and try to please him in whatever way they can?

If you know such a person then they are good people to go and get advice from.

In life we will have to make important decisions but rather than make those decisions on your own it is good to get advice from Godly people you know and respect.

Someone who is wise and can point out to you the good and the bad.

Someone who you are willing to listen to even if they don't give you the answer that you wanted.

You may be angry with someone and tempted to take revenge, you may have cooked up a plan to get your own back, then it is good to share that with someone who has wisdom, because he can point to you the Good and the bad in that Idea.

You may want revenge but you are blind to the negative reaction it will cause.

Talking over something will help you get a right perspective of the situation.

Its good to be able to talk to someone but are you ready to listen?
