Things can change in a second.
The world is constantly changing and things we rely on can change in a second.
One minute I can be healthy and the next minute a stroke could hit and turn my life upside down.
I can have money in the bank and the next minute the economy collapses, devaluing what I have worked hard for.
I could have a wonderful job which is my life and then the next minute the company is bankrupt and I have nothing.
Life can suddenly change in an instant.
One minute we are happy and joyful and the next minute bad news comes and takes us into grief and mourning.
Things change so quickly
We need to build our life on Jesus.
It is our faith that holds us up when things fall down.
We need to root ourselves in the bible because we know that difficult days do come in our life.
God will sustain us in those difficult days
