Nervous
Have you had many first days ?
First day at a new school or a first day at a new Job.
It can be a nervous time.
What if I get lost, I don't know anyone.
You may be so concerned that you don't eat for a day or two.
But even in the newness there are new challenges ahead.
New friends to be made.
Everything is new.
People may not know you, so it is an opportunity for a fresh start.
I think we would all like a fresh start in life.
Perhaps we regret things we have done and want to start over again.
Today Jesus offers us new life
He forgives us of the past and we are born again.
New life is only a prayer away.
