A free gift.
God created you with free will.
You can choose to do whatever you want.
But you need to know there are consequences to your actions.
If you steal you could be arrested and put in Jail.
It's the consequences of your actions.
Adam and Eve chose not to listen to God.
They chose to disobey God's command.
They had the free will to do that.
But when they did disobey then the consequences came.
Sin was now in the world and in all of our hearts.
When you turn on the TV today and you see all the bad news in different countries, it is all a result of Adam and Eve's sin.
Hopefully today you know the difference between right and wrong.
You can choose to go on a right path or a wrong path.
But remember there are consequences to the choice you will make.
So choose the right path and enjoy a life of peace.
But when we do choose the wrong path then God's forgiveness is there.
We will have to live with the consequences of our actions but we can know that we are forgiven.
