Joseph was a man who was rejected by his brothers.
and then accused falsely of something he didn’t do.
He lost his freedom and ended up in prison .
Even though life wasn’t going the way that he planned, he still kept a hold of God .
What would you do in that situation?
If you were accused and sentenced to imprisonment .
If life wasn’t going as you had planned would you still hold on to God or would you blame him ?
The truth is in life things don’t always go as planned .
Something can easily get in the way .
Perhaps a death of someone close,
or sickness that restricts us in some way .
Maybe the loss of a job and the difficulty of finding another which leads you to be struggling financially .
All these things can happen in life but how do you deal with them when they do ?
Do we hold on to God and ask him to bring you through,
or do you abandon your faith .
Sometimes God tests our faith.
You may say "I believe" but as soon as the smallest trouble comes you abandon your beliefs .
God tests us to prove our faith .
Will you pass the test ?
