Today we are surrounded by news.
There is news everywhere.
News 24 hours a day. If you want to know what is going on around the world then it is very easy.
We also have phone apps which send us breaking news.
You have the power to know what is going on around the world.
But is the news getting you down?
Does it change your mood and depress you ?
If you are struggling with depression and anxiety then maybe you need to turn off the TV and delete those apps.
Your mental health is important and you do have the power over what you watch and what you allow into your life.
So make life decisions that are positive and dont bring you down.
Don't live in despair, take action.
